Because our salaries and our benefits cap have remained stagnant, the increasing cost of health care has in essence become a pay cut for us. We believe that Health Benefits will be a major issue in our next bargaining round. Because this is an issue that is so personal to all of us, and is such a high priority, we want to have a conversation with you. To do so, we will be holding Health Benefit Discussion Forums at various sites over the next few weeks.
